Hi Beat, As the name should already convey this is still an alpha version, which also means that it is not yet feature complete. GPGMail 2.0 will feature a very different UI, much less intrusive, much cleaner. As part of that most settings were removed from the preference pane to make it simpler. Some of the old preferences will be configurable via the command line for more experienced users and the most used/requested ones will be re-added to the preference pane over time.
