I have PGP Desktop 10.1.0 that cannot run under Lion (10.7.2).

The only way I've found to import its keyrings into gpg is via Terminal.
You might have to make some compatibility adjustments to each key, after it is 
imported.

$ gpg (or gpg2, whichever you are running) --import [path to PGP keyring]
