James would you mind opening a discussion on our new support platform so we can 
gather all info and send out updates about this issue to users as soon as we 
have something to say? (support-link in signature) that would be great.

We hope to have this resolved as fast as possible. But as always: the team is 
insanely small. But we'll get it done.
