No problem... 

I made a small coding error, confused product/vendor for the detection of 
Leica...

Can you git pull again and try the preview capture again?

Can you additionally also then run:

        gphoto2 --summary --list-all-config > summary-and-config.txt

as I have added more value decoding for the PTP 1.1 video related properties 
now.
