Well, gphoto2 is not processing the RAW format, it usually just downloads it...
Is it detecting it?
Can you give us some details for our databases?
USB ids:
lsusb
We only need the Canon line for the USB ID.
gphoto2 --summary >summary.txt
gphoto2 --list-all-config --debug
--debug-logfile=list-all-config-debug.txt > list-all-config.txt
send the generated .txt files.
and see if these commands work:
gphoto2 --capture-preview
gphoto2 --capture-image-and-download
