It is a follow call of a -l. But that -l don't hang. It, like every command here, ends with a delay. The delay is introduced at the end of the output, prior to getting the shell prompt back. Or close to the event of getting the shell prompt back. Sometimes, the command ends as planned, other than having a delay. And sometimes, it ends with the suggestion to run with --debug. And, at least for a -l command, explicitly mentions some error. Someting about a timeout, if I remember correctly. Unfortunately, as of this writing, it doesn't end with the --debug message. I am using the -l command a lot. Because after a -l, a command for a -n and a command for -p range, I hardly use gphoto. So if the -l command is not working, I don't procceed to the -n and -p commands. > I would need to see the first call with debug to see where the hang came from. > I don't know what happend, but as of this writing the first call, just a gphoto2 -l, seems to end as expected.
