gpodder-add.sh script to add feeds from Firefox (runs `gpodder -a "$@"`)
We should probably create a script that is included in the distribution and can
easily be added to Firefox for Podcast-related URL schemes (TODO: Have a look
which URL schemes are Podcast-relevant, like itms://, itpc://, etc.. - see
Podcatchermatrix)
