Add a delete action (and "delete" key binding) to the channel navigator and
downloads tab. For the channel navigator, only the "delete" key binding is
necessary (the context menu is in place already).
For the downloads tab, add a context menu that can cancel the downloads (maybe
remove the double-click "activate" action that by default cancels the
download). It would be very good if we could have the episode info dialog pop
up when double-clicking on an episode in the downloads tab.
