Move "Download folder" setting from "General" to "Downloads" tab
Remove bandwidth throttling and download queue from "Downloads" tab (to main
window)
Merge "Delete played old episodes on startup" (in "Extras") with "Clean-up" in
"Downloads"
Move all "Minimized"-related items from "Extras" to their own section in "Tray
Icon"
Remove the "Import from Web (OPML)" menu item in the "Extras" menu (this is an
advanced setting, and the OPML importer now has its own entry box)
Remove "Ask user for confirmation on quit" from "Extras" (this is an advanced
menu item)
Move "feed cache update"-related menu items from "Extras" to "General"
