Default button=close or cancel
This patch set the "close" or "cancel" buttons to default on most dialogs.
It should ease the navigation with keyboard on gPodder (until now, you have
either to take your mouse, or to hit a combinaison of key to close a dialog.
Now, only enter or space is needed).
* About closing with the esc key:
When you're used to navigate with the keyboard, it becomes a reflex to close
dialog with the esc key. You can try this with the gpodder about dialog (it
also has a "close" button set to default).
It works only if the dialog is a gtkDialog. However dialogs in gPodder are
impkemented as gtkWindows. Having this feature would require to change and
probably redesign every dialogs.
It is too much work if I am the only one using this feature. So I propose to
abandon it until new request.
