When gpodder is checking for new episodes, the check for new episodes button is
changed to a progress bar, so that the button can not be pressed again.
However, if a podcast is deleted, this button is able to be pressed again. I'm
not sure how important this is, but I would imagine it needed to be fixed
anyway.
