When selecting episodes to move to usb/flash and the space
requirement is not met on the usb/flash device, gpodder hangs.
clicking the cancel button do not make the window close.
It mite be nice to see the actual size required on the removable device, before
moving the episodes. Gpodder should check for available space before moving
the episodes.
