Paul, thanks, I fixed that. Also:
1. Optimized new/played flags maintenance (1 SQL query instead of 3).
2. Changed the way new episodes are detected (backdated episodes are
no longer marked as new).
3. File type icons are only displayd when the file is available,
otherwise the trash bin is shown. Also, when a file marked as
downloaded ceases to exist, it is marked as deleted automatically.
Safe for "deleted" files that reappear in fs. New/downloaded counters
in the sidebar will still go out of sync, until a solution is found.
4. Episode links are no longer updated, because some funky web sites,
like rpod.ru, tend to add ?random_garbage and break the downloaded
state.
