don't call self.callback_closed()
I can't reproduce this with trunk. But I think only the first version of this
patch managed to slip in, so here's the second one. It removes a call to
self.callback_closed() when the dialog is cancelled and there's no need to
update the channel list (currently it is updated with no visible changes).
