I propose a change in the way channels are updated.
Let's update the threaded feed updater (bug #153) a bit, to make it run
continuously and look for channels with a specific attribute, e.g.,
update=True. This way adding a feed would take (1) adding it to the database,
and (2) updating it in the background, which shouldn't block the GUI.
When all channels are updated, the usual pop-up "Select episodes to download"
would be shown. This would streamline the code a bit, I believe.
