Summary: Proper display of the shownotes
           Product: gPodder
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: feature request
          Priority: low
         Component: Application
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
   Estimated Hours: 0.0

In some podcasts the shownotes are only text, but there are some how have more
complex ones: headings, lists, links... As it is implemented right now, I can't
easily read those shownotes. I only get a small popup without any parsing. It
would be cool if gPodder had an feedreader-like view of any episode as if it
was a blog entry. Is saw the interface of PenguinTV for instance and it's
pretty cool. Two columns, the left one for the feeds on top and the episode
titles on the bottom and the whole right column to display the shownotes and
the download/play links.
I think gPodder is less buggy and the project is still active and that's why
I'd like to see a better displaying of the shownotes in gPodder.
