In "gpodder-0.12.2/doc/dev/gdfs/gdfs-init.py", when it links
"filename" to "episode_file" it doesn't check that the
"episode_file" might already exist. I ran into a case
downloading "Real Time with Bill Maher" podcasts where
different episodes have the same name.
FWIW I've attached my patch to create new names on the fly
with file names prefixed by "1-", "2-", etc.
