I see you delay "db.commit()" in your changes. What about doing "db.commit()"
(i.e. write all db changes to disk) only after a specified timeout, like we do
now with writing configuration changes to disk (in gpodder.config). Or are
changes that have not been saved by "db.commit()" not available in other
selects? (like with "normal" RDBMS)
