This happens because when a feed is updated it overwrites all of the old
podcastItem objects with whatever was found in the feed. So, gPodder will
report the proper size right after the file is downloaded but after the next
feed update that information will be lost.
I don't think we should be updating the contents of items if their guid hasn't
changed, this will fix this bug and also save a bit of cpu time. That being
said, I think this bug should be re-opened.
