Summary: Unable to add a podcast feed
Product: gPodder
Version: 0.13.0
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: major
Priority: medium
Component: Maemo
AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Estimated Hours: 0.0
I'm unable to add a specific feed to gPodder:
http://airamerica.com/ondemand/podcast/6618/full
I don't suspect that this is the same specific bug as bug ID 157. I was able
to reproduce the problem every time I tried to add that feed to my podcasts.
Here's the verbose console output I got when I attempted to run the program and
then chose the Hildon drop-down menu, 'Subscriptions' then 'Subscribe to new
podcast' and entered the URL:
~ $ gpodder --maemo --verbose

[ 54.443] (Cache) http://airamerica.com/ondemand/podcast/6618/full looks like
a webpage - trying feed autodiscovery.
Once I feed the URL into the dialog box and hit OK, it goes out to get the page
and then returns an (i) (info) dialog reading: The podcast could not be added.
Please check the spelling of the URL or try again later. [ OK ]
I tried this URL in Firefox and in Amarok without problems, so the feed URL
itself should be fine.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help pinpoint the problem.
