I've read on the web about SQLite's PRAGMA commands and how they can speed up
performance. Can you please look if these options apply to us, so we can try to
enable them and improve performance?
PRAGMA auto_vacuum;
PRAGMA case_sensitive_like;
PRAGMA count_changes;
PRAGMA synchronous = OFF;
Maybe others are interesting, too.. from a quick look, I could only spot these
to be interesting.
