The roaming profiles should be put on a removable media, e.g. an USB stick and
should be loadable from there. Possible implementation details:
* On startup, enumerate all removable media and check for a "gpodder" folder on
these
* If found, ask the user if she wants to use the roaming profile from there
* If answer is yes, read and write sqlite db + all config files to this folder
