Thank you for your bug report. The "/" URL returns "text/html" as content-type,
whereas the "/index.xml" URL returns "application/xml" as content-type. This
is why the one works and the other does not.
So, theoretically, the podcast producer should fix the content-type for the "/"
URL.
Practically, we've worked around this problem a few days ago and the fix will
be part of the 0.13.1 release due soon. In the mean time, please subscribe
using the "/index.xml" URL.
