I've tried running gPodder 0.13.0 on Windows Vista. Here are my notes:
* wrong Desktop-link: "bin" is missing from the link target
* the preferences-dialog looks rather strange (see attached preferences.png)
* sending the subscription list by mail fails (see attached opml-mail.log,
starting at line 25)
* it uses the english locale although my Windows installation is german (lines
1 and 2 in the log?)
* it doesn't find a lot of dependencies (oggdec, gpod, pymtp, pymad, eyeD3,
PIL, pynotify) which could be shipped with the setup
* wrong concatenation of path-strings (line 18 in log)
