The command-line mode has a --sync switch that only copies files to the device
but does not delete played episodes locally and it does not delete episodes
that have been deleted in the library from the device.
The gui menu command "Copy episodes to device" not only copies episodes, but
removes played episodes (syncs episodes).
Is there a way that these two procedures can be modified so that they have the
same behaviour?
I have a cron job that does subscription downloads and another that does device
sync. It would save a large amount of time if episode cleanup could be
performed in a cronjob as well.
