Downloads should be resumable.
We probably need to change the tempfile name from ".tmp-" (which looks ugly) to
something like "podcastfilename.mp3.part" and detect partial downloads that way
(and resume) -> renaming still takes place after the download has finished.
This makes partial files also more visible in the filesystem and download
folders. Maybe even use something like "podcastfilename.part.mp3", so users can
try to play the files already while they are downloading.
