Whenever gPodder checks for updates, it makes a new notification window - even
if there is already one open.
I have gPodder set to check for updates every 10 mins. so if I leave for a few
hours, when I come back there are 10 or more "No new episodes" windows open.
This will also happen if there are new episodes to download.
It would also be nice if the "No new episodes" notification could be turned off
entirely.
