The current git version does some more intelligent re-loading of episodes (i.e. only the ones that need updating, to make things faster), but maybe we don't update the list in this case and it simply shows an old status, which we should handle and update as well. Please try to switch away (click on another podcast in the list of podcasts) after the error occurs and then switch back to the podcast in question so the whole episode list gets re-generated and see if this fixes the icon.
