The attached patch adds the pre-sync conversion capability to all the players
that we support. Also, I added a config option to disable conversion
(enable_pre_sync_conversion). This would be useful for people with ogg-capable
FS-based media players.
Note: This has not been tested with MTP devices, ymmv.
