As I mentioned in the headline, gpodder seems to lose some Episodes after
downloading them and killing the process. I have created a fresh database, but
error occur as before. The strange thing about it it happens only to a few
podcasts.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download Episode (Currently http://leoville.tv/podcasts/sn.xml is affected
for example)
2. Killing gpodder process
3. restart gpodder
Not sure about the reason. Maybe the database update is async?
