I'll try and replicate this over the next couple of days. May be a result of database corruption (ticket 347) or something along those lines. Gpodder was getting pretty strange. Upon pointing my mp3 player to a local folder and syncing the files off to it, a handful of files did not get transferred, and several others had no filename extension with them.
