Add avanced option to reverse order of m3u playlists
I listen to various podcasts that need to be listened to in order. Currently
if you have the create_m3u_playlist option enabled, playlists are created with
the most recent podcast being first.
This may suite most people, however I would like the playlist to be reversed,
therefore I have created the attached patch that will add another advanced
option called reverse_m3u_playlist_order.
Therefore if you have both create_m3u_playlist option enabled and
reverse_m3u_playlist_order then the created playlist will be created with the
oldest podcast first.
Please test this out, but I would love to see this included in the next release
