The only app I can use so far with mtp and sansa clip is rhythmbox (which I think doesn't use pymtp). If I use mtp-sendtr I have the same result as with gpodder (track transferred but can't play: it seems a zero length file). Interesting that if I try to transfer back that file to my pc I can play it easily with totem or another player.
