There are some podcasts that I do not regularly want to download from, but also
do not want to unsubscribe from. It would be useful to be able to disable
these in their edit dialog.
A simple checkbox would suffice for the configuration. The UI for displaying
disabled podcasts would probably be similar to a "disabled" menu item.
