If I delete a podcast on gpodder and then sync with the ipod the episode will
remain on the ipod. This should not be so. True syncing means the episode
gets deleted on the ipod as well to sync with what's in gpodder.
This is very clunky. I have to delete the episode on gpodder then manually
delete the episode on the ipod and then I have it no longer uploaded to the
ipod.
