Say that
1. Preferences->Device->After Synchronisation is set to "Delete episode from
gPodder".
2. A feed is displayed with a downloaded episode to be synced to the device.
3. You go to Device->Sync episodes to device.
The episode will be uploaded to the device. Once it's complete, the uploaded
episode in the feed display does not immediately get the trash icon to indicate
it has been deleted. It only gets the trash icon if you switch to displaying
another feed and come back.
My feature request is to immediately refresh the icons next to episodes after a
sync so you see the trash icons immediately (and know which episodes were
deleted.)
