A good example of not responding is simply not being at your computer for a few
hours. When the feeds are checked periodically and a download dialog already
exists, a new one is opened and they must be closed in the right order, because
only the most recent or oldest (not sure) responds. I have returned with 30+
waiting for me. Quick fix is to set downloads to auto, but for people who don't
want to do that this is obviously a problem.
Correct behavior would be to close the first, so the new one with updated feeds
is shown when the user returns.
