After pressing the update button, it would be great if gPodder would
automatically prompts to connect to the internet, then waits for the connection
before attempting to refresh the feeds. on maemo, libconic deals with this
exact problem:

JUSTIFICATION: I usually have wifi off on my N800, so to update my feeds I have
to manually connect, wait........................................., then
remember to press the update button, then remember to download once new
episodes are found. This can all go terribly wrong on a busy morning.
RELATED: It would also be nice if downloads would start without prompting if
this isn't supported already
