Would it be possible to add support for working with all podcast sources
simultaneously? For example, it would be nice to be able to use "Control + a"
to select all podcasts, or have a button at the top to select all podcasts.
Everything else would behave the same: it would be as if you were working with
a single podcast except that results would be shown from all sources.
