Please evaluate possible database conecepts for extracting the toplist from the
database.
Possible solutions that were discussed in the meeting:
* a regular table which is filled with podcast ids by an external process
* a view that generatoes suggestions on the fly
* a regular table that is filled by a stored procedure by a cron job
* something else?
