Although episode states are global for the user account, we decided to add a
device-column to the episode_log table to know on which device the episode was
played, deleted, etc.
We will also add a playmark field which indicates until which position the user
has already listened to a podcast.
Please add the two columns to the database and assign the bug back to me, I'll
update the models then.
