Yes, although I think the icon theme is the one by Ubuntu. I just tried it out, and saw that the "Humanity" icon theme is the one to blame. Setting a different icon theme fixes this problem. I'm closing this as INVALID. Please file a bug on Launchpad against the Humanity icon theme.
