No, all paths used by gPodder are relative, except for your $HOME, but that
should be set properly, and should point to the subdirectory of your user. Can
you check what Python assumes to be your $HOME? (basically by executing
something like "import os;print os.path.expanduser('~')" and posting the output
here).

There is no installer in gPodder 2.0 for Windows. Are you sure you downloaded
the application from http://gpodder.org?

Which version of Windows are you using?

Lowering priority - although Windows is supported, it's not our main target
platform (especially with non-standard setups like a hidden C: partition).
