The Feed Downloader should read podcasts from the database, download their feed
file, parse them and write podcast and episode information back in the
database.
the following parameters should be configurable (preferrably by commandline
parameters)
* the maximum number of feeds (or unlimited) to parse
* the minimum timespan between two feed-updates
* the minimum number of subscribers with which a podcast should be considered
