The user should be able to list the general subscription history, and per
podcast.
The general subscription history can be shown directly after loggin in,
additional to the current subscription list. It should include the timestamp
and the corresponding device.
The podcast subscription history can be shown after on the podcast detail page
and should also include timestamp and device.
