The episode history should be visible in the login-area of the website.
After clicking on a podcast in the subscription list (bug 655), the list of
episodes should be displayed, for each listing its current state (new,
downloaded, listened)
Clicking on an episode should list the status changes of this episode, together
with the devices on which the status-change took place.
