after clicking on a device in the device list, the subscriptions on this device
should be shown.
* The logo of the podcast
* The title
* the title and date of the latest episode
* the date since when the podcast is subscribed
The subscription history for this device should also be reachable via a
separate link.
Additionally, the devices which the current device is synchronized should be
listed.
