Podcast authors should be able to link to mygpo using a address similar to
http://my.gpodder.org/subscribe?url=http://www.example.com/podcast.xml
which allows the user to subscribe the referenced podcast through the website.
The new subscription is then fetched with the next usage of the API.
The functionally needs to be documented on the website so that podcast authors
can use the feature easily.
