Patch that adds a new file providing utility stuff to parse images in articles.
Following an e-mail sent to the devel mailing list, and the answer from Thomas
Perl, I'm opening this "enhancement" ticket to attach a few path that makes it
possible to subscribe to photo feeds via gpodder.
Just a quick recall about the purpose here:
