Patch modifying the CoverDownloader service so that it tries to get the favicon
if no other image is defined
Some feed define the feed's cover in a way that is unexpected by gPodder's feed
interpretation code.
This is not a big problem (maybe not a problem at all) but I find it nice to
have icon for all the feeds. So, with the first patch I porpose looking for the
favicon.ico that many (not all) websites put at their root.
This helps for instance with the following podcast:
